Description :
SAFELOAD 1kb Ladder consists of fragments between 75 bp and 20 kb. The 500 bp,1.5 kb, 5 kb band containing triple the mass of the other fragment, serves as a visible refernece indicator; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel.
SAFELOAD 100 bp Ladder consists of fragments between 100 bp and 3 kb. The 500 bp,1 kb band containing triple the mass of the other fragment, serves as a visible refernece indicator; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel.
SAFELOAD premixd Ladder products are containing with SAFELOAD Loading Buffer, it is possible to apply this product to gel electrophoresis directly. SAFELOAD Loading Buffer replace toxic Ethidium Bromide (EtBr), a potent mutagen, for the visualization of double-stranded DNA, single-stranded DNA, and RNA in agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
SAFELOAD Loading Buffer contains regular dyes (red dye), and a safe, non-carcinogen red fluorescent dye.
Usage Recommendation
1) Ready-To-Use format : For each use, directly load 6 ul of the ladder/lane (0.5 ug/lane).
2) Non-Ready-To-Use format : Transfer the accompanied 100 ul of SAfELOAD 6X DNA Loading Buffer to the original tube containing 100 ul of 0.5 ug/ul ladder. For each use, load 6 ul of the diluted ladder/lane (0.5 ug/lane)
