Enzyme Concentration : 5 unit / ul
Description : KnTaq-Red DNA Polymerase contains KnTaq-Red DNA Polymerase, 10x Red PCR Buffer and 10x PCR Buffer (colorless). The enzyme is a genetically modified Taq DNA polymerase designed for enhanced amplification. The 10x Red PCR Buffer contains Red dye. In a 1% agarose gel, the Red dye migrates at the same rate as 1-1.5 kb DNA fragments. The colorless buffer is used when direct fluorescence or absorbance readings are required without prior purification of the amplified DNA from the PCR. Both buffers contain MgSO4 at a concentration of 20 mM for a final concentration of 2 mM in the 1x reaction.
