Description – 136 mM sodium chloride, 5.6 mM potassium chloride, 1.2 mM monosodium phosphate, 14.3 mM sodium bicarbonate, 1.2 mM magnesium chloride, and 2.2 mM calcium chloride, pH 7.4 ± 0.15.
Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 0.22 micron filter.
