Description – Ready to use solution
– DNase and RNase free
– To prepare 1 ml 1x lysis buffer, add 20 μl of Proteinase K (Recombinant) Solution to 980 μl of Tail Lysis Buffer.
– Incubate at 55 °C for 3 hours to overnight.
– This product will precipitate when stored in cold. Use the product after the precipitation has been dissolved by
warming up.
