Description – 118 mM sodium chloride, 4.7 mM potassium chloride, 1.25 mM calcium chloride, 1.20 mM magnesium sulfate, 1.20 mM monopotassium phosphate, 25 mM sodium bicarbonate, 10 mM HEPES, and 11.1 mM D-glucose, pH 7.4 ± 0.15.
Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 0.22 micron filter.
