[CB037] 10X Earls Salt Solution w/ Phenol Red

Description – 1.17 M sodium chloride, 260 mM sodium bicarbonate, 56 mM glucose, 53 mM potassium chloride, 18 mM calcium chloride, 10 mM monosodium phosphate, 8 mM magnesium sulfate, and 1 mM phenol red.
Solution A (Salt Solution): 1.17 M sodium chloride, 260 mM sodium bicarbonate, 56 mM glucose, 53 mM potassium chloride, 10 mM monosodium phosphate, 8 mM magnesium sulfate, and 1 mM phenol red (10X).
Solution B (Metal Solution): 180 mM calcium chloride (100X). Both the solutions are prepared in 18.2 megohms low endotoxin water and filtered through 0.22 micron filter.
Note: For making 500 ml of 1 X solution, add 50 ml of Solution A, 5 ml of solution B and 445 ml of good quality deionized water.
