Description<\/span> – The Acrylamide\/Bis-acrylamide solution is used in <\/span>protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis. The solution <\/span>concentration (30%) is based on the total weight of both <\/span>the acrylamide and bis-acrylamide. The mix or feed <\/span>ratio (w\/w) of acrylamide:bis-acrylamide is 29:1. The <\/span>solution is prepared from electrophoresis grade <\/span>acrylamide and bis-acrylamide in ultrapure water. The\u00a0<\/span>product is passed through a 0.2 mm filter. <\/span><\/p>\n

The product is suitable for electrophoresis.<\/span><\/p>\n
